Hello! I know I’m not around as much anymore, but I don’t have much time right now because of school and work. I only have a few more weeks of classes though, so I can get more internet things done soon :)

Play during Motivationsturnén

So while searching the other night with some free time, I found some old pictures from Play’s ‘Motivationsturnén‘ that the group did in 2010. I’ve added those to the gallery, and there’s even a few higher quality ones! There’s also one new old picture of Play at the 2010 Grammisgalan.

Anaïs at Work

I’ve also found one new, fairly recent, picture of Anaïs while she is at work at Assefa Communications! Laila posted it on her blog, and said that they share the office with Laila’s jewelry brand Rock by Sweden. You can see that picture in the gallery here.

Anaïs' inspiration includes her mom

Anna Kopito has released part 11 of her photo project with Anaïs! This one is about inspiration:

I get very inspired by powerful, confident women, who go and choose their own way, like my mum and my boss Lili Assefa.

In the fashion industry, the people that create fashion, the designers or the people that live for fashion amaze me. Street style is something I love; how people pick out their favorites and put together outfits with their choice of fabric, pattern and so on.

Unfortunately I have stopped to buy magazines, but I am mostly reading about fashion online and visiting shopping sites (Net-a-Porter, Shopbob, Browns fashion).

Stunning: Anaïs in Paris

The latest part of Anna Kopito’s photo project has been added to her site! Anaïs talks about visiting Paris and her family:

I spent my New Year’s Eve in Paris. I love French people. I think they are so passionate and full of life. Paris is definitely a city that inspires me – so much life, passion and romance!

My dad is from France and my sister lives in Paris. I was born in France but have spent the larger part of my life in Sweden. One of my favorite spots in Paris is the Hotel/Bar/Restaurant – Le Costes. It is beautiful and relaxed.

After Paris we’re off to Les Arc, the French Alps. My family spends a lot of time there during winter time (and always has). It’s the one place in the world where I can totally relax and just feel good!

BTW, this is probably my favorite picture of Anaïs now!

This spring I want to wear clothing, shoes and accessories from Rag & Bone, Isabel Marant, Alexander Wang and Acne. I want to wear floral jeans from Citizens of Humanity and beautiful lace creations from Ida Sjöstedt. I’m longing to wear light colors and get rid of my winter jacket!

Anaïs for Anna Kopito

Anna Kopito has posted another installment, part 8, of her photo series with Anaïs. This one includes two pictures, which you can view full size in the gallery, and some news on what Anaïs has been doing recently:

I am currently working as a PR-consultant at Assefa Communication in Stockholm. Right now I’m the Head of Press for Stureplansgruppen’s restaurants in Sweden. We also do some work with the F12 group.

We work a lot with artist as well which means tv-productions and radio. I have been an artist myself, but I have realized that I love to be on the ”other side”, behind the cameras. This past fall I was head of press at ATTITUDE STHLM, which was the largest fashion, lifestyle and beauty meeting venue in the Nordic countries. It was so much fun!

Anaïs talked to minoutfit.se about her favorite jeans to wear during the spring:

“I will go for flared jeans in the spring, including a pair of white high waisted [jeans]. This is my denim tips, I have not wore my jeans for a while, but now that [it] is starting to come back, I’ll drag out my old jeans also.”
