Site History

Sweet Voices is currently the most up to date resource for all of the girls who were once a part of the Swedish pop group Play. We were first opened in 2004, and then re-launched in late 2009. The entire site is maintained solely by Nicole, who has been a die hard Play fan since 2002.

Our Name

I’m not exactly sure how Sweet Voices came to me, but it is a description of the girls’ vocal abilities. They are sweet and pretty when they sing together, but each girl also has their own flair and unique style!

Our host, The Fan Sites Network, for having amazing hosting and support, all of the old Play fansites that I saved thousands of pictures from back in the day, everyone who continues to visit the site making all my effort worth while, Play Mania for always having updates straight from Play, Courtney and Brina for always sending me pictures and news that I don’t have yet, WordPress and Coppermine for website management scripts, and, of course, the girls of Play!
